why so negative, Rory? Diddy is not that pretentious and having made as much money as he has he can’t be that stupid. I enjoyed the FYMW interview, the guy just stayed in character.

Diddy is a genius at marketing almost everything (clothing, jewelry, booze) but his own music not so much, he’s just a horrid rapper but fails to acknowledge that.

no, i agree, he’s a horrible rapper. but still i think LTTP is a pretty good album and he’s not the most stupid/pretentious fuck out there. i also think deep down he knows he sucks at the rap but its just bad business to acknowledge it.

The FYMW think was really wrong 2 me, very Hipsterrunoff wannabe-ish. He has a nice trick going on there but that does not mean you can play Carles in interviews. He blogs cause he cares which kinda makes it lame to act a douchebag in interviews.

And I enjoyed Last Train To Paris, but it wouldve been much better with someone else doing the rappin’. With all those checks he’s writing, he should be signing talent and making money, instead of wasting it on projects that do nothing but make his earlier accomplishments seem irrelevant.
I do agree with you on the pretentious fuck thing. Diddy is actually a funny dude, just not when he’s rapping.
